Welcome

Helm Training is a charity based in Dundee and Angus that provides a range of targeted training, lifeskills and workplace skills aimed at helping young people aged between 15-19 years. The training provided focuses predominately on supporting young people who are not in education, employment or training and aims to be flexible and responsive to their needs. Helm works with around 200 young people every year with many going ultimately into full-time employment, experiencing placements, and starting a range of courses in Further Education colleges.

Helm Training has a vision and purpose to help change the lives of the young people it works with. Our aim is to develop vocational and personal skills, improve the health and welfare, and further the hopes and ambitions of these young people as they take their part in the future of Scotland.
