Parachute jump

Take part in a tandem skydive, jumping with an instructor from a plane at 10,000 feet. Experience the rush of free-fall and enjoy stunning views as your parachute opens and you float slowly down to a safe landing! You can take part on any date that suits you and we have jump sites available in Dundee, Glasgow and Edinburgh!

Isle of Skye challenge

The dramatic volcanic landscapes of the Isle of Skye are steeped in myth and adventure. With ridgelines prized by mountaineering heroes, Skye’s awe-inspiring summits, coastline and incredible rock formations are on the bucket list of all true adventurers.

In one of the last remaining outposts of genuine wilderness in the UK, this challenge will see you undertake four days of trekking as you discover hidden lochs, ascend the UK’s most challenging mountain range – the Black Cuillin – and trek through remote glens to unlock spectacular secret corners of the captivating ‘Misty Isle’.

Dates available: Friday 12th – Wednesday 17th July 2024

Giant's Causeway challenge

This tough one day challenge has you trekking a marathon distance along the Giant’s Causeway Coastal Route. Whilst the distance alone would make this a tough challenge, the nature of the undulating terrain will have you ascending over 1000m along the dramatic coastline of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

Dates available: Friday 19th – Sunday 21st July 2024

The Edinburgh 7 Summits challenge

Take part in this tough 35km urban challenge set in the heart of Edinburgh. Experience hidden routes through this beautiful Scottish city, and experience it from 7 incredible viewpoints! You’ll follow historic waterways, forgotten railways, stop off at castles and palaces and climb to the summit of Arthurs Seat – an extinct volcano!

Dates available: Saturday 10th August 2024

Ben Nevis at night

Beginning in Glen Nevis, in the heart of the Scottish highlands, this spectacular challenge will see you and fellow fundraisers trekking to the top of Ben Nevis….at night! You will be fully supported all the way by our experienced Mountain Leaders and then celebrate at the finish line with a celebration breakfast brunch.

Hadrian’s Wall challenge

This exciting and strenuous marathon distance challenge of 26 miles will have you trekking along this stunning world famous historic landscape.

Hadrian’s Wall runs across the north of the UK from coast to coast and remains one of the largest ancient monuments in Northern Europe. You will trek in the footsteps of the Roman Empire and take in some of this extraordinary structure that protected the Roman armies from the Scottish.

Dates available: Friday 12th – Saturday 13th July 2024

Virtual Cycle challenge

Challenge yourself to cycle 100 miles during one week and raise £100 for Helm. You can take part in the challenge as part of a team or by yourself.  You can take part during any week of the year – all you need is an exercise bike and a determination to complete the challenge while supporting Helm!
