25th Anniversary

Our organisationgirls at allotment

The day-to-day management and operation of the company is the responsibility of the Chief Executive, Peter Friend, who has had over twenty years service in the voluntary sector. He is assisted in this role by a Project Manager, Dee McIntosh, who heads up training delivery, Maggie Strachan, Project Leader of the Angus Project and Anne Naughton, Project Leader in Dundee and a management team covering finance, health and safety, and IT and internal systems.

The wide range of training delivered to the young people is achieved by a dedicated team of qualified instructors who are carefully selected for their blend of experience in vocational skills in relevant areas like IT, literacy, gardening, art etc, and also for their empathy and skills in engaging with this challenging group of young people.
