Dundee
Helm is based at Sea Captain’s House on St Andrew’s
Lane, right in the heart of the city centre. The building, which
consists of an 18th century house linked to a warehouse building
boasts a colourful past, with one of the oldest working water-automated
lifts in Scotland. In 1995 the building was completely renovated. The centre can facilitate
training for around 60 young people at one time. A huge investment
programme has been carried out recently to ensure the continued
protection of this historic building.
